Refund Policy

The promise
You can request a full refund on any GPLscore Deep Audit or Done-For-You GPL purchase within 7 calendar days of delivery, no questions asked, no forms to fill out beyond a single email.
Why we offer it
GPLscore is built by Nathan Morris, a working funeral director. If the audit or the rewrite doesn't help you, you shouldn't have paid for it. The 7-day window is enough time to read the deliverable and decide.
How to request a refund
Email hello@gplscore.com with:
- The email address you used to purchase
- The order number from your Stripe receipt
- Optional: one sentence on why it didn't work for you (helps us improve)
We process refunds within 2 business days back to your original payment method (typically a credit/debit card). Stripe's settlement timing means the refund usually shows up on your statement within 5–10 business days.
What's covered
- Free Grade — no purchase, no refund needed
- Deep Audit ($197) — full refund within 7 days of PDF delivery
- Done-For-You GPL ($1,497) — full refund within 7 days of final GPL delivery
What isn't covered
- Refund requests outside the 7-day window
- Charges from third-party services (e.g., your time spent implementing recommendations, fees you paid your printer, etc.)
- Chargebacks filed without first emailing us — please email first so we can refund you directly; Stripe chargeback fees are passed through
Audit-to-Rewrite credit and refunds
If you bought a Deep Audit and applied the $500 credit toward the Done-For-You GPL, the credit is bundled into your $997 effective price. If you refund the Done-For-You GPL within its 7-day window, you'll be refunded the full $997 paid (not $1,497).
