Refund Policy
Effective May 20, 2026
The short version
If something we shipped you isn't right, email hello@gplscore.com within 14 days and we'll either fix it or refund you. Nathan reads every email.
Free Grade — $0
No charge, so no refund. If your grade looks wrong (mis-read PDF, wrong state, garbled output), reply to the grade email and we will re-run it manually at no cost.
Deep Audit — $197
14-day satisfaction guarantee. If the Deep Audit doesn't surface specific, named compliance gaps and pricing moves tied to dollar figures, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund in full. We typically respond to refund requests within one business day; Stripe returns the charge to your card within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We don't refund audits that have been forwarded to outside consultants or used to support a third-party rewrite.
Done-for-You GPL
The Done-for-You tier is a custom-written General Price List produced specifically for your funeral home. Because it incorporates your private pricing, your state's rules, and the intake call, refunds work in two windows:
- Before intake — full refund, no questions. Email within 7 days of purchase.
- After intake, before delivery — 50% refund (the other 50% covers Nathan's time on the call and the regional pricing pull).
- After delivery — we'll revise the GPL until you're satisfied. Specifically: we will rewrite any section, re-price any line item against the regional band, and re-issue the document at no cost. We don't refund after delivery, but we don't stop revising either.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your card issuer — most refund questions are resolved the same day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first means we can't deliver additional revisions on that order.
